QFL offers Biofield Tuning, Scalar Energy, and Energy Healing Sessions intended for relaxation, stress reduction, and promoting balance and harmony in physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Additionally, Rife Frequency Therapy, provided by QFL, targets diverse diseases and conditions using specific frequencies to enhance health outcomes.

Assumption of Risks: Participation in sessions with QFL may result in physical symptom manifestation due to cellular detox or energy shifts within the body, potentially leading to symptoms such as cold/flu-like symptoms, tiredness, joint and muscle pain, and others. I acknowledge my sole responsibility for my health and wellness, including any actions taken following information received in sessions.

Complementary Nature of Sessions: Sessions with QFL may complement conventional healthcare treatments but do not substitute medical diagnosis or treatment. Biofeedback scans do not replace medical examinations, and I will continue to follow the guidance of my licensed medical physician. Multiple sessions may be necessary for healing long-term imbalances.

 

No Guarantees: QFL does not make claims or guarantees regarding the effects or outcomes of any sessions, whether expressed or implied, and shall not be held liable for such effects or outcomes.

Voluntary Participation: I affirm that my engagement with QFL is voluntary and independent of any governmental agency, law firm, attorney, or investigator.

Release of Liability: I release QFL from all legal liability arising from my participation in QFL sessions.

Privacy Notice: No information about me will be discussed or shared with any third party without my written consent, or the written consent of my parent/guardian if I am under 18 years of age. Clients under 18 must be accompanied by a parent, legal guardian, or trusted adult over 25.
